Un giardino è un luogo magico dove le energie si mescolano, risuonano tra loro e si rivelano alla nostra piena consapevolezza.

Un orto è un ecosistema in cui un intero mondo di esseri viventi vive in stretta relazione nello stesso habitat. Ogni elemento è influenzato dagli altri. Miliardi di microrganismi, insetti e altri animali coesistono con le verdure e tutta la vegetazione. Senza turbare l'equilibrio, ma preservandolo, il giardiniere interviene, egli stesso parte integrante di questo sistema ecologico.
